Prostate Health Nutrition

How are prostate health and nutrition related? Many people believe that the healthier you eat the less risk of cancer. So yes they are related studies have shown that diets high in fat stimulate the growth of prostate cancer. Optimum health for anybody is a balanced diet low in bad fat and high in fruits and vegetables with lean protein, but sometimes that is easier said then done.

Each one of us is different and have nutritional needs that may not be the same as your family members or friends.  So one diet doesn’t fit all. There are supplements that are specific to prostate health.

Remember vitamins and minerals are not cures for cancer please consult with your physician before taking any over the counter medication or supplements.
